Why isn’t the form triggering automatically on jobs?

Problem

The form is not triggering automatically on jobs. The form is set to trigger based on the tag. If the job does not have the tag, the form will not trigger automatically.

Solution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Manage job tags

1. Go to the top and click Search .

2. Find the job you want.

3. Click on it.

4. Check the job tags.

5. Make sure the tag is added to the job before dispatching the technician. For more, see Manage tags.

6. Modify the form trigger settings.

7. If you want the form to trigger without the tag, remove the tag requirement from the form trigger settings.

8. Save changes.

9. Complete a job to verify if the form triggers automatically.
