Why is my technician receiving notifications when a customer views an online estimate, even though the office, not the technician, sent the estimate?

Problem

My technicians are getting alerts when customers view online estimates. This happens even when the office sends the estimate, not the technician.

Solution

Update recipients

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Alerts.

  2. Find the Customer Viewed Online Estimate alert and click Edit.

  3. From the Recipients field, remove the technician you do not want to receive the alert.

  4. When finished, click Save.
