Problem
The ServiceTitan Mobile app closes unexpectedly. This forces technicians to restart forms they were filling out. The issue occurs when the form is nearly complete.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Delete and reinstall the ServiceTitan Mobile app
On your mobile device, locate the ServiceTitan app.
Press and hold the icon until options appear
Select Delete or Uninstall.
Go to the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.
Search for ServiceTitan.
Download and install the ServiceTitan Mobile app.
Check for ServiceTitan Mobile app updates
Open the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.
Search for ServiceTitan.
If an update is available, tap Update.
Update your mobile device
For iOS:
Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
For Android:
Go to Settings > System > System update.
Tap Check for update.
If available, follow the prompts to install.
Record your screen
Start a new job in the ServiceTitan mobile app.
Begin recording your screen.
Fill out the form until the app closes.
Save the recording.
Check system requirements
Check the system requirements article.
Review the mobile app information.
Ensure your device meets all requirements.
