Why do some of my items not populate in the replenishment module even though the surrounding parameters have been met?

Problem

Items are not appearing in the Replenishment module. This issue occurs when the template is removed from the warehouse.

Solution

You can resolve the issue of items not appearing in the Replenishment module due to a missing template in the warehouse.

Verify and re-assign templates to warehouses for inventory management

  1. Check if the template is linked to your warehouse:        

    1. Go to the Inventory section in ServiceTitan.

    2. Select Warehouses.

  2. Find and click on your Warehouse to open its details.        

    1. Verify if the template is assigned.

    2. Look for a section labeled Templates within the warehouse details.

    3. If you do not see your template listed, it means it has been removed.

  3. Re-assign the template to the warehouse:        

    1. In the Templates section, click the option to add or link a template.

    2. Select the correct template from the list provided.

    3. Save your changes to ensure the template is now linked to the Warehouse.

  4. Check the Replenishment module:        

    1. Go back to the Replenishment module in ServiceTitan.

    2. Refresh the page or navigate away and return to see if the items now populate.

  5. Double-check the minimum(s) set for items. If the item is not below the minimum, a replenishment will not be created until this occurs.
