Problem
The technician can't see the discount in the Discounts and Fees section in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Solution
The technician should be able to see the discount on their mobile device.
Check your discounts and fees
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricbook.
In the side menu, click Discounts & Fees.
Find the discount that is not showing up for the technician.
Click
.Scroll down to the Categories field and assign a Discounts and Fees category to the discount.
When finished, click Save.
Ask the technician to refresh the mobile app by tapping Sync
, then Sync changes.If the discount still does not appear, instruct the technician to sign out of the app.
Have the technician sign back into the app.
Check if the discount now appears in the Discounts and Fees section.
