Why can't my technician send or receive Purchase Orders in ServiceTitan Mobile?

Problem

The technician can't send or receive POs on his mobile device. The button to send POs is missing. Permissions appear correct, but the issue persists.

Solution

Follow the steps below to be able to send and receive purchase orders on your mobile device.

Configuring Purchase Order Type permissions

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side menu, click Inventory or Purchasing > Purchase Order Types.

  3. Open the PO type you are working with and click Edit.

  4. Check if the Allow permitted technicians to send and receive POs of this type permission is selected.

  5. Adjust PO type Settings if necessary.
