Why can't my new CSR see everything on the Dispatch Board?

Problem

A new CSR can't see everything on the Dispatch Board.

Solution

  1. Check the Dispatch Board filters to make sure nothing is hidden.

  2. Check if the permissions and other settings in the new CSR's employee profile match other CSRs who can see everything on the Dispatch Board.

  3. Ask the new CSR to click Refresh at the top of the Dispatch Board.

  4. Confirm if the new CSR can now see everything on the Dispatch Board.
