Why can't I see email templates or set up Google Ads in Marketing Pro?

Problem

Users can't access Marketing Pro features. An error message appears when trying to view email templates and Google Ads configuration.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Enable Marketing Pro permissions

  1. In Enterprise Hub, go to User Management.

  2. In the side menu, click Roles.

  3. Find and select the corresponding user's role who cannot make the change.

  4. Click the role.

  5. Click the Enterprise Hub permissions tab.

  6. Under the Marketing Pro section, enable the View permission. User interface showing marketing permissions with a checkbox for viewing options.

  7. When finished, click Save Changes.

Review recent permission changes in ServiceTitan

  1. Log out of ServiceTitan and log back in.

  2. Try accessing Marketing Pro features again.

  3. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache.

  4. Access Marketing Pro in an incognito browser window.
