Why can’t I create SMS marketing campaigns in Marketing Pro?

Problem

You already registered your company for texting. However, you still can't create SMS marketing campaigns.

Solution

A new TCR registration specifically for marketing purposes must be submitted and approved by TCR before your company can create SMS Text Message - Marketing Campaigns.

To submit this:

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

2. In the side panel, go to Your Account > Marketing Registration.

3. Complete the form for your marketing registration.

4. When finished, click Submit. For more, see Submit Marketing Registration.

After TCR has approved your Marketing Registration submission, you must obtain written consent from your customers before sending them marketing SMS messages. For more, see Generate opt-in requests for marketing text messages.
