Problem
A technician cannot see a specific paused job on their tablet. This happens when the technician has reached the limit of five paused jobs.
Solution
Technicians can only see up to five paused jobs at a time. Changing the status of one allows another to be visible.
Update job status
Check the number of paused jobs. Make sure you know how many jobs are currently paused.
If the technician has five paused jobs, you need to change the status of one or more jobs depending on how many jobs are already paused. This will make room for other paused jobs they can't see.
Change the status of the jobs. You can mark it as completed or in progress.
After changing the status, the technician can check the All Jobs tab again. The missing paused job should now appear.
Note: Make sure to change the status of the initial paused jobs back to paused after the technician sees the missing paused job.
