Why are Dispatch Board calls directed to my number instead of directly to the technician's number?

Understand the expected behavior

2. Pick up the call.

3. When you answer, ServiceTitan will then bridge the call to your technician.

This process is necessary because ServiceTitan cannot directly control your phone to start calls. It needs to connect through your number first. Remember, this is the same method used when calling customers. It ensures that all calls are properly bridged through the platform.
