Problem
Users may experience a blank page when clicking on Task Management, even though they have been granted access.
Solution
Clear your cache to access Task Management
Open a new Incognito window in your browser.
Log in to ServiceTitan in the Incognito window.
Check if Task Management loads correctly in Incognito mode.
If Task Management works in Incognito, clear your browser cache:
Open a new tab in your regular browser window.
Go to your browser settings.
Find the option to clear browsing data.
Select Cached images and files to clear.
Click Clear data or equivalent button.
Return to your ServiceTitan tab.
Refresh the page.
Try accessing Task Management again.
