Problem
The technician is not appearing on the Dispatch board because their business unit is not included in the Dispatch Board settings. You can fix this in the Dispatch Board settings.
Solution
Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch.
Confirm there are no filters selected that would prevent the technician from appearing on the board.
Click Settings at the top of the Dispatch Board.
On the Technician Management screen that opens, make sure the technician is selected.
Review the business units selected and add any missing business units you want to include by default. You can also clear the list to include all business units.
Click Save.
Now, the technician should appear on the Dispatch Board.
