What should I do if I already booked a job from the estimate and want to do it for another job?

Problem

You want to book an estimate into a job, but the Book Job button does not turn blue.

Solution

There are two options to do that:

• You can either duplicate the estimate for a new job

• You can add an appointment to the existing job

Book a new job

1. Go to the estimate you are trying to book.

2. Look for an option to duplicate the estimate and click it.

3. After duplicating, you will have a new estimate.

4. Book this new estimate into a new job.

Add an appointment to the existing job

1. Go to the job's page. This is the job you already booked.

2. Look for an option to add a new appointment and click it.

3. Follow the prompts to add the new appointment details.

4. Save the appointment.
