Problem
When trying to add an estimate from premade templates to an invoice, the list of estimates does not appear. This issue occurs because the job's Business Unit (BU) is not included in the proposal template.
Solution
View your premade estimates and understand the link between proposal templates and business units.
Check if your proposal templates are active
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Templates.
Select the Proposal Templates tab.

Ensure at least one template is Live.

Verify the business unit of the job
Find the job you are working on.
Check the business unit (BU) assigned to this job.

Edit the proposal template to include the job's BU
Go back to the Proposal Templates tab in Pricebook.
Select the item you want to edit and click More
.Select the View/Edit Details option.

Click View/Edit Details.
Click the dropdown menu for business units and add the BU that matches the job's BU.

Click Continue.
When finished, click Save and Publish.
Tip: If you have multiple business units, you can select more than one business unit for a proposal template. Select all business units that apply.
Use filters
Since you cannot delete old or inactive proposal templates, use filters to improve visibility.
Apply filters to only show Live templates.
Tip: When adding an estimate to an invoice in ServiceTitan, you are adding a proposal. Make sure the proposal template includes the correct BU to see your premade estimates.
