You can create estimates during call booking and include an acceptance link in your estimate forms.

Enable estimate creation during call booking

  1. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support to request the Enable Estimate creation during call booking feature.

  2. Provide your admin pin when asked. If you don't know your admin pin, check your email, including the spam folder. ServiceTitan will send it to you.

  3. Wait for confirmation from ServiceTitan. The feature will be enabled within one business day.
