What is the process for undismissing a dismissed service agreement visit?

Problem

You want to undismiss a service agreement visit that was previously dismissed.

Solution

Currently, ServiceTitan does not have a feature to undismiss a service agreement visit. Dismissing the visit marks the visit as complete, recognizes the revenue, and does not alter the Scope of Work or the Total Agreement Price.

Coming ST-80:

On an agreement that uses Time of Service billing with Immediate revenue recognition, dismissing a visit also generates an invoice.

You cannot undo this action. However, you can add additional visits to the Service Agreement if needed.

Note: Because the dismissal cannot be undone, neither can the invoice it generates.

Add a new visit

1. Go to the Active Service Agreement.

2. Click Visits.

3. Click +Add Visit.

4. Add the necessary visit details and click Continue.

5. Review the visit details and click Save.
