Problem
Users might need the Dialpad sign-up link to be resent, and administrators may be unsure of how to accomplish this task.
Solution
As an administrator in Dialpad, you can navigate to Admin Settings and resend the account invite to the users.
Resend the invite as an administrator
In Dialpad, go to Admin Settings > Users.
Find the account of the employee who needs the sign-up link and click Options.
Click Admin > Resend Invite.
