Problem
Technicians need to replenish their stock but cannot send POs directly to suppliers. Items do not appear in the replenishment report.
Solution
Replenishing Stock for Technicians
For tenants on the inventory module item replenishment for a location would be dependent on the template assigned to that location. When an item dips below the minimum quantity set a replenishment will be created and the office side would need to go through and create a PO for that item and complete the PO process to replenish the item. A PO can also be created without a replenishment to restock a location. For more, see Create and edit inventory templates.
Tracking items for Replenishment
Go to the replenishment report in ServiceTitan.
Look for the item used. It should appear with the job number it was used for.
If the item does not appear, check if it was correctly added to the invoice.
For non-chargeable items, ensure they are marked appropriately but still added to the invoice.
From the office side, proceed to replenish the item as needed.
Note: Technicians cannot change the source of the item (truck stock or warehouse) in the invoice. This needs to be managed by the office staff. Ensure all used items, chargeable or non-chargeable, are added to the job invoice to appear in the replenishment report.
