Problem

A technician needs access to follow-ups.

Solution

Update technician's permissions

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click People > Technicians.

  3. Locate the technician account you want to modify and click Edit.

  4. Go to the Permissions tab.

  5. In the Lead Generation section, select the Access follow ups permission.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

Remember, if the technician's email is already in use, you may need to remove it from the current active profile before adding it to the new admin profile. This avoids errors related to duplicate information.
