It shows only a $1 amount. ## Solution 1. Go to the receipt of the PO you want to edit. 2. Click the **Actions** dropdown menu. 3. Select **Cancel** to cancel the receipt. This action will change the PO's status to not received. 4. Now, go into the PO that is now in pending status. 5. Edit the amount to reflect the correct pricing. 6. After editing, you need to receive the PO again to generate a new receipt. 7. To receive the PO again, click the **PO number** from the invoice page. 8. Click **Receive** to finalize the changes. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If the PO's price was initially set to $1, editing the Bill amount will not update the PO. You must cancel the Bill or Receipt and edit the PO directly. Always check the PO amount before receiving it, especially if the pricing was not available at the time of issuing the PO.
