What is the process for assigning a number on Dialpad if the Add Number option is not available?

Problem

As an Administrator, you want to be able to assign a number on Dialpad.

Solution

Ensure you're an admin user and assign the number to a target of your choice from the Phone Numbers settings.

Edit Phone Numbers Settings

Confirm your account status. You need to be an admin to add numbers.

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

  2. In the side panel, select Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

  3. Hover over the number you want to assign and click Edit.

  4. In the Assign Number to Target section, select the Main Line, a Contact Center, or a Department of your choice as the target.

  5. When you're finished, click Save.
