Problem
Users need to add materials to service agreement visits. The service agreement must not be in Draft, Sent, Rejected, or Accepted status to add materials.
Solution
Remember, you can add materials to a service agreement only if it is active. Make sure to check the status of your agreement before adding materials.
Add materials to service agreements
Create a service agreement.
Check the status of the agreement. Make sure it is on Activated status.
On the service agreement page, go to Materials listed under Operations.
Select the location in which you want to add the material.
Click Add Material.
Select the materials that you want to add to the service agreement.
