What is causing the header on estimates to not show up after account updates?

Problem

The logo is missing from the estimates print.

Solution

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with the missing header and logo on your estimates after an account update in ServiceTitan.

  1. Open the Estimate that has the missing logo.

  2. Edit the estimate.

  3. Check the Business Unit selected.

  4. Navigate to Settings > Operations > Business Units.

  5. Edit the Business Units that is attached to the Estimate.

  6. Click on Upload to upload the logo image.

  7. Click Save.
