Problem
The edit button does not appear in Settings > People > Technicians.
Solution
Account administrators should follow these steps to check and update your employee permissions:
Go to Settings > People > Employees.
Find the employee profile that does not have the Edit button and click Edit.
Click the Permissions tab.
Find and select the permission called Edit employee/technician.
When finished, click Save Changes.
You may need to refresh your browser or sign out and back in to see the changes.
