What is causing the Pricebook task to not show up when trying to add it to an invoice?

Problem

The pricebook task is missing when adding a task to an invoice. This happens because of its setup in the pricebook.

Solution

Make the pricebook task show up for invoices.

Add the pricebook task to an invoice

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

2. Search for the pricebook task within services.

3. Click Moreand select the View/Edit Service option.

4. Click the Workflow tab.

5. Select the Do nothing option.

6. Click Save.

After these steps, the pricebook task will be available to add to your invoice.
