Problem
Customers receive more than one estimate, including old information.
Solution
When emailing estimates to customers, don't select Include All if you don't want to send all the estimates to the customer. Instead, select the individual estimates you want to send to the customer.
Email estimates
In ServiceTitan, open the estimate you want to send.
Click Email Estimate.

On the Email Estimate screen that opens, select the estimates you want to send.
Note: Do not select Include All if you don't want to send all estimates.
When finished, click Send.
