Problem

Users need to update the material cost in Pricebook when it differs from the cost on the bill.

Solution

  1. Turn off automatic bill creation. This is necessary to manually update material costs.

  2. Look for the toggle option on the bill creation page. This toggle allows you to update the material cost in Pricebook.

  3. When creating a bill manually from the PO receipt, ensure the toggle is turned on. This action prompts ServiceTitan to update the cost of the material in the Pricebook based on the new cost entered in the bill.

  4. Confirm the update. After toggling the option, ServiceTitan asks for confirmation to update Pricebook. Confirm to proceed.

  5. Check Pricebook. After completing these steps, go to your Pricebook to ensure the material cost has been updated accordingly.
