Problem
The service item is not showing up for the technician in the field.
Solution
To ensure a service item is available to technicians in the field, it must be assigned a category—any category. The specific category does not matter; what matters is that a category is selected at all.
Add a category to the service item
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
Use the search bar to find the service item.
When you find the item, click More
and select View/Edit Service.Find the Category field and select a category for the service item. For example, Custom Services or Electrical.
Save your changes.
The category you chose is updated for the service item.
