Problem
You need to update an employee's email address in ServiceTitan and Dialpad.
Solution
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > People > Employees and select the employee whose email address needs to be updated.
Click on Edit next to the employee's name.
Update the email address in the Email field.
Click Save to save the changes.
In Dialpad, click on the Admin tab and select Users from the dropdown menu.
Find the employee whose email address was updated in ServiceTitan and click on their name.
Check to see if the email address has updated from the change you made in ServiceTitan.
If it hasn't updated, change the email address in the Email field.
Click Save to save the changes.
Note: You should not change the email address directly in Dialpad as it may cause a sync issue. Always update the email address in ServiceTitan first, and the change will flow through to Dialpad.
