Update customer information in ServiceTitan and Quickbooks

Problem

You made updates to customer information in ServiceTitan and want to know how to keep the customer information the same in both ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.

Solution

There is currently no automated way to update customer information in QuickBooks after you made changes in ServiceTitan. You have to make the updates in QuickBooks manually.

1. Check the customer's name in ServiceTitan.

2. Go to QuickBooks.

3. Find the customer you need to update.

4. Edit the customer's name to match exactly with ServiceTitan's record.

5. Save the changes in QuickBooks.
