Understand manual job lead logic
When an office employee books a manual job, ServiceTitan performs a quick check to determine if it should be counted as a new lead. See the table below for details on how this works.
Scenario | Conditions | What Happens |
|---|---|---|
No Prior Call | An office employee books a manual job with no smart attribution assignment or previous call. | The manual job counts as a lead, and there is no lead call. |
Previous Non-Lead Call (Associated) | An office employee books a manual job, and there's a previous non-lead call within a seven-day window that's already associated with another job. | The manual job counts as a lead, and there is no lead call. |
Previous Non-Lead Call (Not Associated) | An office employee books a manual job, and there's a previous non-lead call within a seven-day window that is not associated with another job. | The non-lead call is reclassified as a lead call, and the manual job does not count as a lead. |
Previous Lead Event | An office employee books a manual job, and there's a previous lead or booking event within seven days that smart attribution used to set the job's marketing campaign. | The previous lead event is already counted as a lead, so the manual job does not count as a lead. |
Job Window Linking | The manual job's attribution is set by a job window linking. | The manual job does not count as a lead. |
