Clear the cache of your browser

If the issue is specific to your browser, try clearing the browser cache:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. At the top click Moreand then select Clear Browsing Data.

  3. On the pop-up that opens, click the Advanced tab.

  4. Click the Time range dropdown and then select All time.

  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data.

  7. Open ServiceTitan and try uploading files and photos again to ensure it works.
