Problem
You are able to see the call bubble, but the Dialpad app is not letting you answer the phone even though you are listed as available. You have multiple ring-tos of the same type (browser) set up, and the call history shows the call as missed.
Solution
In Dialpad, go to your Profile.
Click on Your Devices.
Uncheck the Ring to checkbox next to all but the current browser.
Test to see if the issue is resolved by making a call.
If the issue persists, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support for further assistance.
Note: It is recommended to have only one ring-to active at the same time to avoid this issue.
