Problem
You want to see a written transcription of your calls, but you're not sure how to set this up.
Solution
Go to www.dialpad.com and log in as an Admin.
Note: You must have Admin privileges to set this up. Contact your company administrator if it is not you.
Click on Settings.
Click on AI Contact Centers and locate the Contact Center you want to update.
Click on the AI Contact Center you want to update and scroll down to open the DialPad AI field.
Check on the Turn on AI for this contact center. There are additional options you can choose to enable, such as Allow individual users to start and stop AI during calls and Show transcript when a call starts, but these options are optional.
Your selections will auto-save once enabled.
