Overview
Run the Transactions Reconciliation Report - Intacct to match transactions and compare totals between ServiceTitan and Intacct. Review the transactions in the report to ensure that they are accurately recorded in both systems.

Run report
Before running your report, set filters to get the most relevant information for your needs:
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports. In the side menu, click All Reports.
Click Transaction Reconciliation report - Intacct to open it.
Tip: In the search field, enter a few letters from the report title for quick access.
Use the From and To calendar fields to set a range of dates to run the report on.Note: The date range can’t extend to more than 31 days so you can efficiently review your transactions.
Use the Transactions Type dropdown to select which transaction types you want to report on.Note: If you don’t select specific transaction types the report shows all transaction types.

Use the Business Unit dropdown to select which business units you want to report on.Note: If you don’t select specific business units, the report shows all business units.

When you’re done setting your filters, click Run Report.
Read report results
Your report results display in a table based on the filters you set. The report only displays batched transactions. By default, the Transactions Reconciliation Report - Intacct includes the following columns:
Id: Transaction record ID in ServiceTitan
Number: Transaction number in ServiceTitan
Transaction Date: Date the transaction is recorded in ServiceTitan
Business Unit: Business unit (BU) the transaction is assigned to in ServiceTitan
Batch Name: Batch the transaction is assigned to when exported
Name: Customer or vendor name in ServiceTitan
Total: Net total of the transactions in ServiceTitanTip: Compare this value with the Total value in Intacct to ensure transactions match.
Job Number: If the transaction is associated with a job, the job number in ServiceTitan
Project Number: If the transaction is associated with a project, the project number in ServiceTitan
Transaction Type: Transaction type can be an Invoice, Payment, Bill, or Return in ServiceTitan
Export Status: Status of the transaction can be Pending, Posted, Exported, or Bypassed
Transaction Date: Date the transaction was recorded in Intacct
Class: BU the transaction was assigned to in Intacct
Name: Customer or vendor name in Intacct
Total: Net total of the transaction in Intacct
Transaction Type: Transaction type can be invoices, payments, bills, returns, and receipts.
Reconciliation Status: Identifies if the transaction matches between ServiceTitan and Intacct:
Exists: Match: Transaction exists in ServiceTitan and Intacct with a matching Total
Exists: Variance: Transaction exists in ServiceTitan and Intacct but with a different Total value
Missing: ServiceTitan: Transaction exists in Intacct but no match is found in ServiceTitan
Missing: Intacct: Transaction exists in ServiceTitan but no match is found in Intacct.
Exception: Transaction has a match between ServiceTitan and Intacct Id and Reference Number but the Id and Reference Number appear on other transactions within the date range of the report
Message: Additional details about the reconciliation status
Reference Number: Transaction number in Intacct
Note: You can click the transaction number to open this transaction in Intacct if you’re already logged into Intacct.
Customize and schedule your report
You can arrange and filter your results to narrow the focus of your report.
You can also schedule the report to be sent by email on a regular basis.
