This helps you efficiently track prospective customer data so you can convert those Leads into jobs. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Marketing Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Trane/American Standard dealers who take advantage of the Dealer Locator program on Trane.com and AmericanStandard.com - Primarily for Residential Service & Replacement business types. #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. - If you have questions about configuring the Trane/American Standard Leads Integration in your ServiceTitan account, please contact the designated email address: - Trane: [traneleads@servicetitan.com](mailto:traneleads@servicetitan.com) - American Standard: [americanstandardleads@servicetitan.com](mailto:americanstandardleads@servicetitan.com) - If you need help accessing your Comfort Site or Dealer Net account, please contact: - Trane Comfort Site: [support@comfortsite.com](mailto:support@comfortsite.com) or call 1-800-430-5284 - American Standard Dealer Net: [support@asdealernet.com](mailto:support@asdealernet.com) or call 1-800-430-5284 - If you have questions about joining Dealer Locator, please contact your Trane Account Manager. ## Things to know - For the two weeks following setup, you receive Leads in both Dispatch and ServiceTitan. If you continue to receive Leads in Dispatch for more than two weeks, please contact [traneleads@servicetitan.com](mailto:traneleads@servicetitan.com). - Only *Administrator* or *Owner* roles in ServiceTitan can accept the data agreement and set up the integration. - If a standard job type has multiple custom job types or business unit mappings, the job type and business units won't pre-populate in the Lead. - It is important to set up web form leads integration before connecting phone call leads. - Setup for this leads integration is not available in Enterprise Hub accounts. ## Set up integration with Trane/American Standard As a Trane or American Standard dealer, there are specific steps you need to take to ensure the integration is set up for all accounts or locations with your ServiceTitan account. - Step 1: Request the integration - Step 2: Review and accept the authorization form - Step 3: Authorize the integration - Step 4: Map job types to business units - Step 5: Map job types in Marketing Integrations ### Step 1: Request the integration To get the integration added to your ServiceTitan account, send our integrations team a request: 1. Click **Sign in with Trane/American Standard**. ![Authorization screen for connecting Trane/American Standard to ServiceTitan for bookings.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/traneamerican-standard-leads-integration-image-xq6q2aht.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T19%3A50%3A44Z&se=2026-11-01T20%3A50%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=j7phssNDTkhi4gAabbpW8pN1426x%2BFEJ0nxlkVD5PKo%3D) 2. Go back to ServiceTitan to finish pairing. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Once you connect your account with Trane/American Standard, you will receive information from Trane/American Standard about the accounts and profiles included in the integration. 5. After your account is connected, you can assign business units (BUs) to this account: - If you have profiles set up, select BUs for each profile. This helps us communicate efficiently with Trane/American Standard to receive and post the correct leads on your booking screen. ![User selects HVAC options in a business unit authorization interface.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/traneamerican-standard-leads-integration-image-dglogzcl.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T19%3A50%3A44Z&se=2026-11-01T20%3A50%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=j7phssNDTkhi4gAabbpW8pN1426x%2BFEJ0nxlkVD5PKo%3D) - If you don't have profiles set up or you have more than one account, select the BUs you want to associate with the account. 6. (Optional) Click **Add Account** to create another account. If your company has multiple locations, you need to create an account for each location because each location has its own unique ID (GUID). Creating accounts for every location ensures sending leads, ZIP codes, and other information about the location to the Dealer Locator. For example, in Comfort Site and Dealer Net, each GUID has a different account although you manage them all through a single login. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** For lead integration, we need to authenticate each location GUID separately. ![User interface showing account management options with an 'Add Account' button highlighted.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/traneamerican-standard-leads-integration-image-juj77499.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T19%3A50%3A44Z&se=2026-11-01T20%3A50%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=j7phssNDTkhi4gAabbpW8pN1426x%2BFEJ0nxlkVD5PKo%3D) 7. When you're finished, click **Save**. This takes you to step 3 to map job types. ### Step 4: Map job types to business units After authorizing the Trane/American Standard integration, configure the integration by setting the default job type mapping. This will help you save time once you begin using the integration. Additionally, mapping job types helps us receive and post the leads correctly for you on the booking screen and dispatch. Under each vertical which applies to your business (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and more.), map your job types to ServiceTitan standard job types. Then, apply the BUs that will service these job types. After this step is completed, the Trane/American Standard integration launches and you begin receiving leads from the marketing vendor. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You only need to do this once and the job type mapping will be leveraged for future integrations as well. If you have already completed mapping your job types to the standard job types, you will not need to do this again. For example, if you are already using the Google Local Services Integration, you will not need to complete this step as you have already completed it. To map job types to business units: 1. Go to the top toolbar and click **Settings** ![A simple icon representing a settings gear.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T19%3A50%3A44Z&se=2026-11-01T20%3A50%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=j7phssNDTkhi4gAabbpW8pN1426x%2BFEJ0nxlkVD5PKo%3D). 2.
