FAQ

How do I prevent notifications from going to the customer's spam box?

The best way to keep your emails out of spam is to set up your company's email domain in ServiceTitan. When emails come from your own address (like info@yourcompany.com) instead of noreply@onservicetitan.com, your customers are more likely to recognize and trust them.

See Set up your email domain for ServiceTitan communications.

If you haven't set up your domain yet, or if emails are still landing in spam, ask your customers to:

  • Add your sending address to their contacts — this tells their email provider to trust messages from you

  • Check their spam or junk folder and mark your email as "Not Spam" if they find it there
