Overview
For certain trades within Exteriors, such as Roofing and other types of businesses, the ServiceTitan pricing model is based on revenue.
Who uses this feature
Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, and bookkeepers

Feature configuration
Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Track revenue
There are two ways to find your revenue in ServiceTitan:
Option 1
Go to the navigation bar and click Dashboard
.Change the date range as needed. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.

Use the side menu to select a preset date range.
In the Revenue section, you'll find the Total Revenue for the specific timeframe you set.

Option 2
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports
. The All Reports screen opens.In the Search field, enter Revenue.
Go to the Business Unit Dashboard section, and select the Business Unit Revenue report.

On the Business Unit Revenue report that opens, change the date range as needed.
Select the Include Inactive option, then click Run Report.

Under the Revenue Total column, you’ll find the overall income for the specific timeframe you set. It should be the same value you saw in Dashboard > Revenue > Total Revenue.

Note: The numbers might vary because it takes time for the Reports to be updated in your account. It also may vary if there are changes on the invoices.
