To prepare for Thumbtack integration with ServiceTitan:
Make sure you have a Thumbtack account at Thumbtack.com/pro. For assistance, see How to log in or contact Thumbtack at https://help.thumbtack.com/contact-thumbtack.

Make sure your ServiceTitan account is configured for bookings. For assistance, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support.

After you set up the Thumbtack Leads Integration, Thumbtack Leads flow in on the ServiceTitan Booking screen. Thumbtack doesn't currently collect the full address for customers who send Direct Leads. Contact these leads to collect their full address and confirm their booking before completing the workflow.
Note: Direct Leads perfectly match your Thumbtack targeting preferences. They come from customers who searched for a pro, saw your profile, and reached out to you. What types of Leads are included in the Thumbtack Leads Integration?
After you set up the Thumbtack Leads Integration, Thumbtack Leads flow in on the ServiceTitan Booking screen.
Direct Leads: These Leads perfectly match your Thumbtack targeting preferences. They come from customers who searched for a pro, saw your profile, and reached out to you. You pay for direct Leads automatically. You can find these in the Direct Leads section of your Leads tab in Thumbtack. What if our business has more than one Thumbtack account? Can we connect them to one ServiceTitan account?
Yes, when you complete the first step of authorizing one Thumbtack account, you have the option to add more accounts and map them to the corresponding business units.
How can I change the types of jobs I receive from Thumbtack?
This is controlled in your Thumbtack account, not within ServiceTitan. Visit your Services tab > Targeting preferences in Thumbtack to turn on or off specific job types or locations you want to receive Leads from. For guidance on managing targeting preferences to get the right leads for your business, visit Thumbtack's Help Center or contact Thumbtack at https://help.thumbtack.com/contact-thumbtack.
Will we still need to classify the status of the Lead (Won, Not Won, and more.) in the Thumbtack Lead center?
At this time, yes. Currently, the integration only sends Lead data from Thumbtack to ServiceTitan, but our teams are aware of this feature request.
Does this integration include the customer messaging from the Thumbtack Lead center?
Not at this time.
Do historical Thumbtack Leads come into ServiceTitan when the integration is activated?
No, ServiceTitan will integrate only the Thumbtack Leads starting from the date of integration.
Is this integration available to customers based in Canada?
No, the Thumbtack leads integration is only available to US customers at this time.
