Problem
Technicians cannot see items from the Supplier catalog on ServiceTitan Mobile. Items appear greyed out and are not accessible in the mobile view.
Solution
Add supplier items to your pricebook and ensure the category is visible on mobile.
Add provider catalog items to your pricebook
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, under Pricebook Connect, click Catalogs.
Select the catalog you want to browse.
Select all the items that you want to add to your Pricebook.
Click Add to Pricebook.
Verify technicians can access the items on their mobile devices.

Remove Hide in Mobile from the item's category
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side panel, click Categories.
Find the category that should appear on mobile.
Check under the Hide In Mobile column for that category. If there is a checkmark, the category is hidden on mobile.
Click the checkmark to remove it. This ensures the category is visible on mobile devices.
