You need to make all items in the Pricebook non-taxable. You also want to show items as pulled from inventory during invoicing.

Follow the steps below to make all items in the Pricebook non-taxable and show items as pulled from inventory during invoicing.

Turn off tax on all items in Pricebook

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook .

2. Turn on the Edit toggle.

3. Click Edit and make sure the Taxable column is selected.

4. Check all the items.

5. Click on the Taxable column and find the Deselect All option.

6. Click Deselect All to make all items non-taxable.

Show an item is pulled from Inventory when invoicing

1. Go to the ServiceTitan Job booking tab.

2. Book a job and add the service with materials or equipment.

3. Ensure the item count updates correctly in your Pricebook.

4. If needed, turn off the Auto Replenish option for items.
