Problem
You see an error message when attempting to sign in to the specific tenant from Enterprise Hub to ServiceTitan.
Solution
Identify and resolve the sign-in issue in Enterprise Hub.
Use incognito mode and clear cache in Google Chrome
In Enterprise Hub go to the My Tenants module.
Select a tenant and click Sign In.
If you experience sign-in issues, follow the steps described in the Error when signing in to Enterprise Hub article.
If you're still experiencing issues after following these steps, please contact ServiceTitan Technical Support.
Change the password for a specific tenant
If you need to sign in to a specific tenant, and the system requires you to change the password, please contact your Administrator to complete the following steps:
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click People > Employees.
Search for the employee whose password you want to change.
From the Actions dropdown, select the Send Password Reset option. For more, see the Reset or change the password for an employee or technician section of the Manage employee and technician accounts article.
Or,
Navigate to go.servicetitan.com.
In the Login screen, click Forgot password?
In the Reset your password screen that opens, enter the username, email address, or mobile phone number associated with your account.
When finished, click Submit.
