Shipping total not reflecting in ServiceTitan Mobile when PO is created by an office employee

Problem

When someone in the office other than the tech creates a PO, the shipping total is not visible on the tech's mobile side. The PO shows as a zero dollar amount.

Solution

1. Create a PO from the job site if the tech needs to see the shipping total on their mobile side.

2. Edit the PO from the office user side to include the shipping costs if the tech creates a PO from the job site.        

   Note: The POs have a specific line where shipping can be added within the office user side, but this line is not accessible from mobile. Therefore, the shipping costs that are visible on the office side are not reflected on the mobile side.

3. Ensure that the shipping costs are added from the office user side.

4. Review the item costs to make sure they have a dollar amount greater than 0 so that the total will also reflect within the mobile POs.
