Overview
Online estimates in Customer Portal offer a non-PDF web view to show line items directly on the screen. This feature lets you toggle between the traditional PDF-based view and a line-item view that highlights services, equipment, and photos. Choosing the right view helps you match customer preferences and increases the speed of estimate approvals.
