Overview
The ServiceTitan Payments Portal has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to the login process to reduce the chance of unauthorized access. This applies to both the ServiceTitan Payments Admin Portal and Merchant Portal. Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, bookkeepers, dispatchers, and customer service representatives (CSRs)

Things to know
This process does require the use of your cell phone. If you don't have a company-issued cell phone, this can be installed on your personal cell phone without any risks for you as it's only a basic number generator that is used to identify you.
If you don't want to use your personal phone, please contact your internal support team for other options.
Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator application
To enable MFA for the ServiceTitan Payments Portals, install the Microsoft Authenticator application from either the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play store to your cell phone.
Set up MFA for the ServiceTitan Payments Portal
When you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your phone:
On a different device than your phone, launch a web browser and go to the ServiceTitan Payments Portal login screen.
Enter in your credentials.
Click Continue.
On your cell phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator application.
Tap + and select Work or school account.
Tap Scan a QR code.
Scan the QR code displayed on the ServiceTitan Payments Portal login screen. You should be provided with a six digit code.
On the ServiceTitan Payments Portal login screen, enter the six digit code and click Continue.
Copy the provided recovery code and keep it somewhere safe. You will need this code if you ever need to login to the ServiceTitan Payments Portal without a cell phone.
Click the I have safely recorded this code box.
When finished, click Continue.
You can now login to the ServiceTitan Payments Portal using the Microsoft Authenticator application.
