Overview

Set up the ability to create an estimate when booking a job, making it easier to keep sales tasks on track. This helps reduce the chance of forgetting to create an estimate later. You save time by combining steps that are often handled separately. You also give technicians clearer context when they arrive at the job.

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

  • When enabled, your CSRS can add estimates to a job directly from the Call Booking screen.

Set up enable estimate preference

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings

  2. In the side panel, go to Operations > Job Booking

  3. Use the toggle to enable or disable Create Estimate from Job Booking.

    Note: This preference defaults to not allow estimate creation when booking a job. Use the toggle to enable this preference if you want your CSRs to create estimates when booking a job.
