Overview

Set individual invoice items as Taxable or Non-Taxable. By setting the appropriate tax status, ServiceTitan will know which items to include or exclude in the tax calculations. Office employees and technicians can change the tax status on particular invoice items, which will override the default tax status you have set up in your pricebook. You can easily identify taxable and non-taxable invoice items.
