ServiceTitan Web Connector won’t update

Problem

You see a message to update the Web Connector, but it doesn't update. The message says, New version of the web connector is available - do you want to do it now? You click yes, but nothing happens.

Solution

  1. Close QuickBooks and the Web Connector.

  2. Follow the steps outlined here to uninstall and reinstall the Web Connector.
