ServiceTitan: Understanding Unique Calls

Problem

You need to know what ServiceTitan considers a Unique Call in reporting.

Solution

  1. Log in to your ServiceTitan account.

  2. Go to the Reporting tab.

  3. Click Calls under the Activity section.

  4. Look for the Unique Calls column.

  5. Unique calls are calls by different customers. If one customer calls 45 times about the same job, it would be 1 unique call. But if 45 different customers called about 45 different jobs, that would be 45 different unique calls.

Tip: Unique calls are dependent on whether a call is associated with a job.
